Hypnotherapy and Guided Imagery are ways of creating a relaxed state of mind in which a client can access their subconscious mind and begin to change patterns of behaviour and thinking, as well as calming the emotions.

Keith’s approach is gentle, reassuring and always leaves our client in control of the process. This means the client is soon able to learn how to create the relaxed state for themselves. This is called self-hypnosis.
